Can you deliver anywhere in the world?

For now, we deliver within the United Kingdom only, including mainland and non-mainland addresses. We plan to offer international delivery in the future. Sign up to our newsletter for updates.

Can I change or amend my order?

Yes, you can request changes before your order has been dispatched. Email info@alanoir.com as soon as possible with your order number and the changes you would like to make. Once your order has been dispatched, we cannot amend it. This does not affect your cancellation or return rights; please see our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes, gift wrapping will be available in our Alanoir shop when it opens. We are currently preparing the shop and look forward to welcoming you.

How much does delivery cost?
  • UK mainland standard delivery: free on orders of £60 or more; £3.95 on orders below £60. Estimated delivery: 2–5 working days.
  • UK mainland next-working-day delivery: £5.95 for orders placed before 12 noon on a working day. This service does not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays.
  • UK mainland Saturday delivery: £10.99 for orders placed before 12 noon on Friday.
  • UK non-mainland standard delivery: £15, with an estimated delivery time of 2–5 working days.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, we will automatically email you your tracking number so you can follow its progress. If you need help, contact info@alanoir.com with your order number.

Why do you charge for samples?

Our samples contain the same carefully crafted fragrances as our full-size bottles. Their price reflects the fragrance, preparation and packaging, while giving you the chance to discover your favourite before choosing a larger bottle.

Our Discovery Pack costs £20 and includes four 2 ml samples: Imperial Violet, Twilight Oud, Serene Elegance and Bakht.

Where can I find Alanoir?

You can explore and order our fragrances here at www.alanoir.com. Our physical shop is not open yet; we are working on it. Join our mailing list to hear about its opening.

The product I want is out of stock. Can you help?

Email info@alanoir.com with the name of the fragrance you are looking for. We will let you know when it becomes available again. We may not always be able to confirm a restock date in advance.
